A finca in Alcudia part of the bay of Pollensa proposed beach new build wider beach real estate could be affected.
The Bay of Alcudia Pollensa sea front new build for wide sandy beach was unveiled over the weekend without any public consultation or with the people German French English in the port, especially those who will be affected by more traffic being diverted through the local Pollensa port streets with their neat gardens and fincas being effected. A growing number of local people are angry that they were not consulted on how their fincas and the new pedestrianisation plan would effect their real estate. The project is to close the main road which runs along the bay of Pollensa between the port and Alcudia in order to make the most grand and beautiful and even wider beach. The potential traffic problems to real estate are going to cause people living in the port area problems and people German French English are saying how can they approve a plan without consultation. Our real estate is special to us as this is a rural holiday area, we like the idea of a wider beach but not the local traffic say the people.
The fincas are their homes year round and in this area the street lighting needs attention, but the council says it has no money. A new swimming pool roof has been provided but the swimming pool has been built in an odd style for what is mainly a rural area. All the people German French English of Pollensa are non-political and their only interest is their lifestyle and that their gardens and real estate is not effected. They want the local Pollensa council to meet their moral obligations and to act to the best interests of the municipality. Our children and holiday friends and visitors love the beach already.
A major consideration is the environmental impact and studies of Pollensa for this proposed new building construction project in compliance with European Union law. Houses and new buildings have continued here over the years with the main beach road serving the traffic away from residential property areas. A finca and real estate are to be found in quiet local streets. The best time to visit Bay of Alcudia Pollensa or the bay of Pollensa is from April to November. A finca real estate of all sizes will be affected by the proposed enlargement widening of the beach.
Pollensa is a beautiful place with wide sandy beaches and the beach offers a panoramic view over the bay of Pollensa, on one side is Alcudia and the other side are the high far reaching rural mountains to Formentor look down on the local beach in the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia..
