A finca in Alcudia part of the bay of Pollensa proposed beach new build wider beach real estate could be affected.
The Bay of Alcudia Pollensa sea front new build for wide sandy beach was unveiled over the weekend without any public consultation or with the people German French English in the port, especially those who will be affected by more traffic being diverted through the local Pollensa port streets with their neat gardens and fincas being effected. A growing number of local people are angry that they were not consulted on how their fincas and the new pedestrianisation plan would effect their real estate. The project is to close the main road which runs along the bay of Pollensa between the port and Alcudia in order to make the most grand and beautiful and even wider beach. The potential traffic problems to real estate are going to cause people living in the port area problems and people German French English are saying how can they approve a plan without consultation.
